Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “Vowmourn,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vowmourn. We operate this website and online store, including its content, products, features, and related services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services to you.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to use our services or make a purchase.

Because our products are printed individually, minor variations in color, positioning, or print appearance may occur. These natural production variations are not necessarily considered defects.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, colors, and specifications may be updated without notice. We may discontinue products or limit their availability in certain locations at any time.

4. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase from Vowmourn. An order is accepted after payment has been successfully processed and we provide confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

• Incorrect product or pricing information

• Product unavailability

• Shipping restrictions

• Suspected resale or other prohibited activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Vowmourn products are made to order. Production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, so cancellations and order changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment has started.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or import fees will be displayed or disclosed where possible.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Promotional offers may be governed by additional terms. If separate promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms will apply to that offer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Our products are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Products may be manufactured or dispatched from different locations depending on product availability and the customer’s delivery address.

Production and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, customs processing, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges resulting from an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed package may be the customer’s responsibility.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not controlled by Vowmourn.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because every product is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, unwanted products, buyer’s remorse, or changes of preference.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact contact@vowmourn.com within 30 days of delivery. Claims must include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement or refund. Customers should not return products unless specifically instructed to do so.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including Vowmourn’s name, logos, original graphics, product designs, text, photographs, videos, and overall presentation—are owned by or licensed to Vowmourn and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. However, products purchased through this store are sold directly by Vowmourn.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of Vowmourn products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, handling customer-service enquiries, or resolving product claims.

Your use of certain Shopify-operated features may also be governed by Shopify’s own terms and privacy practices.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Because Shopify hosts our store, information submitted through the website may be processed by Shopify and other service providers assisting with payments, fulfillment, delivery, analytics, security, and store operations.
