Worldwide shipping
We offer worldwide shipping to supported destinations. Availability depends on the product, delivery address, carrier service and legal restrictions. A destination is available for an order only when checkout accepts the address and offers a shipping method. Clothing and accessories are available to 200 supported destinations; footwear is available to 12. The EU, including Åland, and the UK are currently unavailable while we confirm the requirements for selling there.
Production and delivery
Products are made after ordering through our production partner Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before dispatch. Standard international transit can take up to approximately 20 additional business days. Footwear sent to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can take more than 30 days in transit. Checkout estimates, where shown, take priority for your order; estimates are not guarantees. Customs, peak periods and carrier disruption can add time.
Shipping charges and import costs
Product prices depend on the selected delivery country. Standard shipping is included in product prices for supported delivery destinations, with no separate standard-shipping charge at checkout. Your delivery country at checkout determines the final destination price. Changing the delivery country at checkout can change product prices and available shipping methods. Optional express upgrades, where available, cost extra and are shown before payment. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout; a country appearing in this policy does not guarantee that it is currently open for orders. Applicable taxes or duties collected at checkout are shown before payment. Import duties, taxes and carrier clearance charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient under local law.
Restrictions
We cannot deliver where our fulfilment partner, carrier or applicable law prohibits delivery. Current partner restrictions include Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Venezuela, Ecuador and specified areas of Ukraine and Palestine. Product-specific and temporary restrictions also apply. See Printful's current restrictions. Availability may change. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required.
Tracking, split shipments and address problems
Tracking is provided when available; activation can take approximately 48 hours. Items may arrive separately. You will not be charged an undisclosed extra shipping fee after ordering merely because we split a shipment. Check your address before payment and contact us immediately about errors; changes cannot be guaranteed after production or dispatch. We are responsible for delivery as required by applicable law. Any charge for reshipping following a customer-provided address error or refusal will be explained and agreed where legally permitted.
Missing or damaged delivery
Contact contact@vowmourn.com promptly if a parcel is missing, damaged or incorrect. We ask that supplier claims be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for missing parcels or receipt for damaged goods so we can investigate promptly. These requests do not shorten mandatory legal rights. See our returns and refunds policy.
