How are Vowmourn products made?
Each item is made to order by our production partner after your purchase. Production begins specifically for your order, helping us avoid unnecessary unsold inventory.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to supported destinations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, Central America, and selected Caribbean countries. If your destination is available during checkout, we can ship there.
Is standard shipping free?
Yes. Free standard shipping is included for destinations available at checkout. Optional expedited methods, when available, are shown separately.
How long will my order take?
Your delivery estimate includes production and transit time. The estimate shown at checkout is the best guide for your destination. Tracking is sent by email when it becomes available.
Will every item arrive together?
Not always. Products can be made or shipped from different facilities, so one order may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking details.
How do I choose a size?
Review the garment measurements and fit notes on the product page before ordering. Compare them with a similar piece you already own rather than relying only on the size label.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately. Because production can begin quickly, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production.
What if my order is damaged, incorrect, or misprinted?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the complete item and the problem. We will review the claim and arrange the appropriate resolution when approved.
Do you accept size exchanges or change-of-mind returns?
Because each item is made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for an incorrect size selection, change of mind, or unwanted product, except where required by applicable law. Review the size guide carefully before purchasing.
